Product exchange or return

Customers can only return a product within 15 days or exchange it for another item if this product is already new and has a defect despite our manual error check. It is therefore important to consult our size guide when choosing the size and to verify the color and texture using our detailed images. An incorrect order, size or color is non-returnable.

In the event of a return, the Seller will refund the Customer the full purchase price paid (excluding amounts paid using voucher or discount codes in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions) promptly upon receipt of the Products returned by the Customer. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the customer originally used when placing the order.

When customers request a product exchange or return, they must first obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the seller before the product is returned.

When contacting customer service about returns, you will be asked to provide the order's unique identification number. Each product must be returned in its original packaging, with the security label and all other labels affixed, together with all the accessories and items (suitcases, hangers, clothing covers, etc.) received with the order. The product must not show any signs of wear, scratches or alterations (worn, washed, ironed, etc.) and it must be properly packaged and returned in the condition in which it was sent.

Upon completion of the online process, the customer will receive a return authorization email that will set out a summary of the information provided.

The Customer must return the Products by post within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the return authorization.

The seller may refuse to accept further orders from a customer after multiple returns of previous purchases by the same customer.

The customers can only ship the products they wish to return from the same country where the products were shipped.
